Exchange Policy

We have a no refund policy, only exchanges and returns for store credit are allowed.

  • Items can be exchanged within 10 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, items must be received in their original condition.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached.

3. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
  • Our Customer Support team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

4. Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or for another product of equal value.

For returns, customers will receive store credit, which can be used on future purchases.

Damage: While we take great care to perform rigorous quality checks before dispatching your orders, we understand that occasional issues may arise. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we kindly request that you inspect your order upon delivery. In the event of any such issues, please contact us immediately. Your prompt communication will allow us to promptly evaluate the situation and take the necessary steps to rectify it. To assist us in this process, we kindly ask that you provide photographs of the damaged or defective item when reaching out to us.
